Dr. Kim Martinez is one of the most strategic leaders I know. She has incredible foresight and hard-won tactics to take teams from hardly functioning to authentic synergy. Kim doesn’t approach leadership with a one-size fits all approach, rather she discovers what each team truly needs to get beyond the roadblocks standing between them and the best version of their team. You’ll love her no-nonsense style and her accessible coaching. –

One of the things that causes friction on a team, or in any of our relationships is the narrative inside of our head.
Early in life, our brain develops defense mechanisms around a key (or primal) question that we believe must be answered with a “yes”.
When it is not answered, or answered with a “maybe” or “no”, we go into a scramble. That means we act (often without thinking) to get our question answered positively, and this often results in creating friction in ourselves, in our relationships, and in the teams we are apart of.
If this is something you feel might help your situation, take the primal question quiz below.
